Thank you for shopping with us! We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
All orders require 1-2 business days for fulfillment before shipment. This includes time for quality checks, preparing, and packing your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Times & Rates
Once fulfilled, shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

At this time, we ship within the United States. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods. FB Body and Skin Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fitbodybyme@outlook.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
